SMALL BUSINESSES

Straightforward backup for the data your business runs on

Protect selected business files and application data without building or maintaining your own backup infrastructure.

Small teams often need reliable backup without a dedicated infrastructure department. SaveState keeps the workflow focused: install the Windows agent, select the business data that matters, choose a schedule, and review backup status from the dashboard.

The service is suitable for selected documents, customer exports, operational files, and application data. It is not a bare-metal image. For MySQL and MariaDB, the built-in database workflow invokes the native dump tool and streams a consistent logical export directly into the encrypted repository. Other stateful applications should use their vendor-supported export or snapshot method.

What usually goes wrong

  • Important data is spread across multiple folders
  • Manual copies depend on someone remembering
  • Local storage does not provide off-site recovery

What SaveState changes

  • Repeatable backup schedules
  • Encrypted EU-resident storage
  • Visible backup history and usage
A PRACTICAL RECOVERY ROUTINE

From selected data to a tested restore

  1. Inventory critical dataIdentify the folders, exports, and application state required to resume normal work.
  2. Separate the backupKeep encrypted restore points off site instead of relying only on the protected machine or a nearby disk.
  3. Review and rehearseCheck recent job status and periodically restore a sample to confirm that the selected data is usable.

Create the restore point before the incident

Choose a storage plan, install the desktop agent, and schedule the first protected backup.
